Mountbatten Hampshire

Mountbatten Hampshire is the new name for Countess Mountbatten Hospice. Our care at home team provides end of life care to patients living in their own homes across Southampton and west Hampshire and on our inpatient unit at our hospice in West End, Southampton. We also provide bereavement support to families. Our charity has three shops in Weeke, Winchester, West End and Hedge End. Each year, we must raise over £7million to continue providing our services; we hold fundraising events throughout the year and we are grateful to our amazing community who give donations and support through volunteering.
